Power Supply adapters and USB Cords for properly powering ARDUINO UNO REV3 Code: 8058333490090
Arduino Uno is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega328P and a popular way to get familiar with electronics and coding. The Arduino Uno boards allow to have multiple sources of power to be connected simultaneously. An intelligent switching circuitry detects the highest available voltage and selects it to be sent to the onboard voltage regulator and eventually powers up the board.
The USB port of the Arduino Uno can be connected to a desktop/laptop or external USB type power supply. If the connection is recognized, the current supplied to the board 5v @ 500mA. If the connection is not recognized, 5v 100mA is supplied.
GlobTek offers a range of USB C to USB B cables for this purpose:
Contact GlobTek for customized cables which may be required.
Alternately The female barrel jack can be supplied with an input of 7-12VDC and 9V is commonly supplied. The Uno board regulates it to 5V by the onboard voltage regulator.
GlobTek offers a range of standard power supply adapters to power the Arduino Uno as follows:
